The initiative allows you to force a vote on any issue; whether it be to scrap or amend an existing law or to make new laws.

The referendum allows you to accept or reject a proposed change in the law. This effectively gives you a veto on any piece of government legislation.

The recall allows you to remove an elected official from office before the end of their term.

Transparency allows you to have all of the available information required to make an informed decision.

Holding regular votes using the traditional method of closing schools and other public buildings, having electors cast their vote at a polling station, having all ballot boxes collected and delivered to a central location then having all votes manually counted is neither practical nor economical.
